He’s already said he won’t, he loves the fans inside Old Trafford and for some reason they (we) love him, probably because we have a mutual hatred of Ed Woodward. He is clearly happy there and not walking around like the miserable **** that he was here. I’d be more than happy if he ended Ole’s managerial reign with a crushing win. The football under Ole is pathetic, worse than anything since Fergie retired, even Van Gaal.
If it's not Jose on Wednesday, it will be City on Saturday. Ole then out of his misery and Woodward can crack on with recruiting the next out of work semi retired has been to make a **** up of the job. He'll probably see Benitez as a good idea because he heard some talking head on Talksport say what a great coach he is.
Man United managerial job is a poisoned chalice i mean all the managers you've had since have failed, so it's clearly not the managers, so you might aswel show a bit of faith and get behind solksjaer.. give it a year or 2 and see if things improve.
There’s a massive problem at our club and Woodward is at the centre of it, but anybody who thinks Ole would succeed even in the perfect circumstances is beyond deluded, the bloke is utterly clueless and he cannot blame Woodward for picking Pereira week in, week out. Carrick doesn’t help either, I’m beginning to wonder if he was the route of Mourinho’s misery.
They won’t, he’s not a manager and never will be. Maybe you should give John Carver another shot, just in case?
so what was the issue with LVG and Jose ? i'm simply saying these managers we're all deemed not good enough, but history tells us otherwise, so obviously the issue isn't the manager. You've built a young side, oles had one window and maybe after another things will get better. We gave Carver more than 12 months tbf mate he got 2 seasons and he was never a club legend , so i'm shocked how much abuse oles is getting mate hats all im saying .. for the record im sick of our fans hating on bruce it's a universal problem in football fans in general these days
Mourinho lost the dressing room and was always the wrong appointment because he set up in a way that our fans wouldn’t take to, although we did end up supporting him as a person, when he was thrown to the wolves by Woodward. Van Gaal just bought **** and never seemed to get anywhere, there was no improvement whatsoever. His philosophy was ultimately irritating. I think what you’re forgetting is that the fans never chose any of these managers, had we had the choice it would have been Pep, instead of Moyes. We don’t have to back any of Woodward’s mistakes.
I know fine well where the problem lies but I still think he should stay to the end of the season. That's on the proviso that the club are recruiting his successor right now, and will then have the right man in place ready to take over at the end of the season. We can't trust Woodward to do that of course but then he'd **** it up anyway if Ole was sacked next week so I still live in vague hope he can do it properly this time. Which he didn't last time of course, which is to wait until the end of the ****ing season to appoint, instead of a knee jerk give it to the popular guy approach. As you know, I said Ole shouldn't have been given the job in the first place but, paradoxically, I also don't think he should he sacked. He was never the right man and the only person who should he sacked is the person who appointed him, not the man himself. Won't happen though, sadly.
Why wait until the end of the season when we could possibly reach the top 4 this season and give ourselves the best chance of progress under a new manager who could identify targets for the summer? Woodward leaving won’t happen, until we are acquired by another owner. See how many ****ing ******s Ole gets signed up to new contracts between now and the end of the season.
Who is going to get us top four? Poch? Recently sacked Poch? Or Allegri, who has never worked in the premier league? It's very fanciful to think we'll steal fourth. The only bloke who is going to do that is Jose at Spurs.
Well given that an amateur almost got us top 4 last season with a bigger gap than there is currently, yeah, I’d fancy a bloke who took a team that spent nowt to a Champions League final to get top 4.
Good for you mate that must mean you’re right about everything then. I’ll just continue to tip £1500 a year into Ole’s project and keep my mouth shut ffs.
Poch will still be there at the end of the season. He'd be refreshed and ready to go. Unlike right now.
