Actually no, I didn’t make the bases for the prosciutto nibbles. They came out of a packet. I didn’t make the prosciutto either, that also came out of a packet.
I use olive oil for all cooking but just can't bear them as a fruit. Generally if you order a birra in Italy, you will end up with a variety of complimentary stuff such as olives/crisps/peanuts. Olives are naturally bitter and generally high in salt, reason being is I think its what is used remove the bitterness (brine).
