Well I personally know a few people walking the streets after terrorism convictions. You'll need to start building more prisons as there isn't the space. You'll also need to overturn the policy of carrot and stick introduced in the '70s which stopped the prisons erupting.

 

Does every release not have to go through somebody in the Home Secretary's office? Surely somebody has to approve it if somebody is getting on of jail on a tag?
