The ****e Arsenal have been dishing up (see Iwobi previously) sells for £40m. The fact Morelos plays in Scotland doesn't remove £25m from that. The team Arsenal have been playing would all go for what you're saying Morelos would but one has been smashing it and the other has been playing so bad that the manager (who made the Europa league final 6 months ago) is gone.

Im not putting him at double Dembele. I'm putting him a couple of million more. And that's not based on talent, more how the market has gone, even in a couple of years. Dembele is clearly the better player but that's not what market dictates now.

Put it this way, being a Scotland fan, I'd have Morelos in my team every day of the week over Oli. I don't care that one had a fluke Championship season. He went for £20m. (He never scored in Europe and even if you think Porto etc are ****, they're better than QPR).Morelos is going for more.
