Worst Ffos Las card I’ve seen in a while, they aren’t getting the numbers going across to run in heavy ground. Lovely little track but hardly surprising to see small fields and poor quality at the track. Taunton at least has the numbers, although the quality is generally low. A few interesting runners including Highway To Success, who as already mentioned is back out, and he should take a good deal of beating, but if he continues to drift I’d be very concerned!! Dorking Boy in that very race is really interesting, with the wind op angle, the decent Ascot run behind a horse with fitness edge and then the fact the favourite is drifting!
Agree Nass, poor cards today ,I see fergal runs Benechenko at Taunton ,almost two years off track, surely a pipe opener ? Although with fob, they're ready to go fresh , conor brace rides .....
I saw the horse when I popped to the yard, he is a chaser in looks and I expect him to be ready first time out. I’m concerned that it’s a difficult race to start back in, however I’m getting tempted with prices he is drifting too.
i only just seen his price ! short atm , but we saw yesterday in the hereford bumper how fob started as fav in morning , drifted and won like a fav !! yard has been in fine form for couple months now , they all seem very fit
I haven’t seen a good one yet but this getaway gelding in the Ffos las bumper looks well related and could go well at a price. Racecourse debut, done well in points.
No Nass. Can't afford to lose it at present. Maybe one day but not in the near future. Possibly when we decide to downsize
