Last night was a promotion performance and yes too many players didnt turn up. Ayling, Harrison, Pablo, Roberts, Phillips, Dallas, Bamford and Klich all had average to poor games. Dallas hit the bar and Harrison scored but 80 minutes was a bumnipping watch. Alioski and Costa turned it, but great to take 3 points when half your side goes missing

back on 2 points per game average so lets hope we can keep it this time as its taken 4 games to get us back on track

Anyone see the Bielsa presser after the game where the interpreter didn't say it right in English so Bielsa corrected him in English and the guy then repeated it in English it was comedy gold

I think Reading are a better side than their league position says, they will move up the table. Our performance last night may be better than we realise. Anyway we won away, so all good.

Think you are right about Reading, commentator said last night, they spent more money than any other championship club in the summer including £8 million for Puskas the striker.

Interesting they can pay 8m for a striker without breaking ffp and have a ground half empty. We’re supposed to believe we can’t pay 8 quid for a player without breaking ffp and we’ve 35k at every game and prob outsell reading 10 to 1 in merchandising. Give me a break <doh>

Seen on sky sport, Man City have spent £1.3 billion in last 10 years on players. Must cost about £500 to go one of their games.

not long ago they had Premier League football which also meant they got £100m in parachute payments, they also had an owner who sold the club to a wealthy mate and then sold the ground to themselves. They are also under investigations which may cost them big time. But Eire instead of any excuse to take a pop at the club try thinking it through first mate. We started at least £100m behind them and they have had prem money which they refused to spend on big players so also have/had a healthy bank balance

Where am I having a go at the club Doc? Asking for clarification or is that not allowed either. And btw they are five years out of PL so I doubt there's a penny of the parachute payments remaining. Maybe Ive missed reading some of the forum rules <doh>

Eire every time transfers are mentioned or anything to do with the academy or how every other club can afford a big transfer fee for some player you are straight in criticising Radz and his short arms and long pockets. Just go back on any post to do with what I have just said and then come back and say oh maybe.... i am not a happy clappy as I can criticise the club when its needed but there are times when I can look at a post and know exactly what you are going to post if you see it. Almost like Chippy with more panache

Please explain where I said anything about our policy in my post. Are you so obsessed with chippy that you have to constantly have to associate his name with mine. I voice my opinions as I feel fit and am perfectly entitled to as you can. If I want to have a go at ffp, I’m entitled to. It’s not just you or your view that count you know
