The west stand must have been full then - it looked empty in the rest of the ground.

Well being a fair weather supporter I coughed up £10 to watch that...none of my usual suspects wanted to borrow my season ticket...

Just when you think we have gone as low as you can go...we go lower

Sacking Ross (to early imho) and bringing this Parkinson fellow had been an unmitigated disaster... I seem to recall Donald gave him a long contract...that was a mistake...he has to go...

This might blow your mind but it's actually both. The bloke on sky commented on the poor atmosphere and how it'd be encouraging Burton. Obviously to you he may as well have been talking Swahili for all the sense it made.

Literally can't be any worse than Grigg. It's just about trying something new for me.

Constant ****e, slow, laborious sideways football with no urgency. WTF is PP doing with them on the training ground! Absolutely no chance we're going up with him at the helm and I would get rid now. He's clearly only got one tactic in his locker and we don't have the players to play it.

Why’s Grigg getting stick constantly for?
I literally did not see one half decent pass to Grigg today and people give him **** for not scoring? Come on man he’s getting no help whatsoever from any of his team mates.

Balls constantly lumped up to him, I'd have his attitude as well if my work mates were as **** as his.

How long does he have to play for and never score before it's time to try somebody else. It's been over a year does he get another year leading the line with zero goals.

He's always in the wrong place at the wrong time. He's slow to react and needs pinpoint accurate service to do anything and he doesn't get that from us. I know it's also about a lack of service but it's bonkers to keep on playing him when he's totally ineffective every damn game.

True, there were some shocking balls played into Grigg. He rarely got the chance to run onto a decent through ball. Thinking about it, did he make any decent runs?

Looked like he was bizarrely playing as a target man with his back to goal.

The Emperors new clothes only a fool thinks he is naked eh? Manager is clueless, players are gutless and have no idea what they are supposed to be doing. Playing 1 man 5'8 up front at home and humping crosses into him against two 6'0 centre halves. But oh no it is the 26,000 people who payed to watch it's fault. Well at least next season there will be only 10,000 paying to watch so there will be less negativity and we will become a better team.

If that's the Emperor's new clothes then playing 2 up front is the Emperor's outdated, ineffective, anachronistic old clothes.

every frigging ball played to grigg was to his head and everytime Burton's defence headed away, not a clue this team had, too slow to the ball, no battle. Burton stood firm and should have won by more our luck ran out and this season is finished, that is because of the play off final players who **** on us, who would think we would get this bad, when we needed a cup run this season as well.

I’d say shocking but I’m not even shocked any more.

We are appalling. It was toxic in there after they scored second. I don’t think I made a noise or moved for the last 15 mins, just numbed by it all.

Its dire, it’s getting worse. I’m sorry but the managerial appointment, which we vocally opposed, has turned out exactly as we thought.

Its a long way to January and we could be well out of the running by then.

I don't know why anyone would have an issue with wanting to try a young player in place of one of our more ineffective players.

Why the hell is persevering with something that's not working a better idea than trying something new? Grigg's not scoring, try someone else. Leadbitter's ineffectual, try someone else. The formation isn't working, try something else. It's all common sense.

It's not like they're being jumped on after a few games it's been a long period of total ****e.

Grigg is paid to put the ball in the back of the net....that's why we paid 4 million from him. To me you can't keep playing him...for what no service....just a cop out that. He should go and get involved and make it happen but no to me he hides. We are not just talking about this game but a lot of them. Yes, Kimpy but not be ready but after the lad scored a goal...which is what he is paid to do....give him another game not sit him on the f*cking bench ffs. Where's the motivation for getting your finger out your arse? Big Sam subbed Yedlin after 20 mins.....if your not performing you shouldn't be in the team. Would rather go with the kids and watch them give there all even if there limited at the moment. With PP you play sh*t and your still in the team.....recipe for disaster or recipe for League 2. This is a results driven business...you never get time for anything....I can hear the clock here in LA for PP.

Winning games has become an anachronism, even drawing games has become a rarity.
