I might actually keep it and give my son mine! Mines an old Kilauea. Top drawer spec and better gear than the Blast but doesn't have disc brakes and is a bit tired looking now!
Usually go to my step dads in Wellingborough with the wife and kids, my mum, my father in law, my brother, his wife and my niece and nephew. This year I aint doing that. Sick of having a 3 hour round trip every Christmas to some **** hole in Northamptonshire so vowed to spend Christmas at home this year with just the wife, my two daughters and my father in law. The Eldest wants a Nintendo Switch and a **** load of Robux. She doesnt want any ****ing toys! I was like "You dont want any toys? You are 8! You should be wanting dollies and Sylvanian families and whatever the ****!" But no, all electrical ****, she wants Sims 4, a Switch and Robux! Pfft. Got Sims 4 already, cost me nothing as a good friend of mine works at EA! The Switch am gonna get this week hopefully I will be able to find a Black Friday deal somewhere. My youngest is 3 so she don't give a ****. I could give her an empty cardboard box and she'd love it. Gonna be cooking my first Christmas dinner. I cook roast dinners all the time so cant be much different right? Just stuffing and pigs in blankets added to the mix and higher volumes Plus if at home I can smoke weed, drink booze, eat as much food as I want and just watch TV all day (when I aint doing dinner prep) so looking forward to it
Sounds great that. This idea of driving to someone else's house and sitting there not being able to have some wine to help dull the pain would fill me with terror! Definitely have it our house, in complete control and able to have drinks and be merry. Not gonna lie, I really enjoy the whole shebang but beer, wine and port are integral to it.
What I didn't mention here is I'm taking my Mum home day after boxing day. 420 mile round trip. Awesome. United aren't even at home so I can't squeeze that in.
Kona make great bikes Had my eye on a full sus that my local trail centre were selling second hand. Still the best part of £2k though , so dream on for me.
Off to Amsterdam this Christmas so space cake and truffles for lunch, unless I find something more interesting in the head shops (which are open on Xmas Day
Went to Home Bargains after picking my daughter up from dance class. Bought her some tacky elf pyjamas. Feeling a hint of Christmas spirit. Still think it’s going to be a **** Christmas.
I actually feel like putting the tree up next Sunday, which is early for me. Will wait till the following week though. Bought a couple of presents on line, i'm feeling it this year. Got this last night, should set me up nicely. As long as I don't cane it all before Christmas!! https://www.sundaytimeswineclub.co....wKhLfwYqvsUr-oBkisrk4qFkuNDyhSBISXK-J1cVCg3I4
Original mate, found it under all the carpets. Bar the bit at the end of the room the table's on, I did that!
Love Christmas but can't explain why. Love the festive decorations, food and drink, family time and general merriment. If I had my way, it would be law for every household to at least have a string of festive lights in the outside of the house.
