A lot of people will have you believe he could play from a young age, but that's a load of bolloxs. He yes, had a guitar but couldn't actually play it, nor could he read or write music. At best he belong to a choir and may have had some natural ability, but remember back in the day, unless someone showed him how to play, he was never going to be able to string anything half decent together. It was his vocals more than his playing. I think it was Scotty Moore that sorted him out.

Let me help you out mate, because it does matter - I've already told you, Elvis, couldn't play guitar, unless you want to believe the marketing bolloxs and nor could he read or write music. It's like going to the supermarket and buying something because of the packaging. But who was the real force behind the man...

Let me help you out again, and no VAR.

He is by far the most famous singer this world will ever see.

And i found him, meh, some great stuff, some utter ****e.

You stick to your marketing bollox mate, cos it certainly worked for him.

Elvis, Johnny Cash and Jerry Lee Lewis were all on Sam Philips Sun Record label.

Jerry Lee was the real King of Rock n Roll btw. Still is, in fact. Him and Little Richard Penniman.

I agree. Now Elvis, he was overhyped. All those **** movies destroyed his career.

I wasn't suggesting it wasn't great. She was good, although the guy was apprehensive, seemed very conscious, she defo held it all together.
