Busy day today gotta go shopping for food, lunch at nandos, (butterfly burgers are quite nice ive just found out) then off to argos and then cex to get the bird a hair thing and me a new headset for the xbox, then picking up some weed and sniff and jusry remembered ive got to hit wilkos too for some bits and bobs and tissues for tomorrow

 

Just been for a swim. Got my time down to just over 15 mins for half a mile. Which is just about bang on the lifeguard swim qualification time.
