they have bet their future in getting the NFL London franchise - but to get that they need a team to relocate from USA and the only team that will do that is owned by the Fulham owner who wants to put them in Wembley.

Writing has been on the wall for a while now really, taken you as far as he can and things have gone a bit stale. He's been making odd comments about leaving for a while now too so it's not too much of a surprise really. Levy has obviously found someone during the break.
