If we have scouted a player for a number of months and we then value said player at £1.5 million the for me it suggests that we think that player is pretty ****!!

 

Age 25, with only 48 games under his belt.
That and the price would indicate that we are setting our sights very low, although I would happily be proved wrong.

 

I haven't paid much/any attention to the Portuguese league, but whoa...scoring goals has seriously gone out of fashion. Vitoria has allowed 7 goals in 11 matches and has a -4 GD!

 

Did I see that Vitoria have seven clean sheets this season as well.

 

Now why would we be offered New York Red Bulls defender Aaron Long? Are Red Bull looking at Saints as a future investment?

There are quite a few links with Red Bull and Saints and it would be rather nice if something comes of it.
