I'm usually one of the more upbeat people on here when we lose but I'm at a loss what to say. Even if we'd put out a weak team I'd have been embarrassed by that result.

It's got to be a change of formation because it doesn't matter much which players we play. It's notable that we've been crap since Gooch got injured he gives us some aggression. Sounds like McGeady could benefit from a spell on the sidelines he's getting worse by the minute.

It was a penna man, O'Nien was ragging at his shorts and like I said if that was the other end we'd be wanting a penna and rightly so.

These are 3 frames where O'Nien is giving him a sideways wedgie (one halfway up his back <laugh>) and then O'Nien goes down pulling his shorts out and down after that (picture quality is naff so haven't bothered with stills of that) so that's why it looks like he's overeaching, penna all day long.

Rocky - I keep thinking we've reached the bottom and it must get better and then.... we play again and my hopes are shattered. I'm for the first time lost for words and not sure how we turn this around. I only hope that out of this ****storm somehow we find some form

Not the time really is it? We lost we’re abysmal and that’s about it

nothing changes players wise until January, with the manager on a very short string if we don’t win v Coventry or burton

    that’s it

He does touch his shorts, but when in motion the lad is over stretching as he had lost control

Just angry mate. I honestly don't know where we go from here, I genuinely fear for the club's future

Touched? :emoticon-0104-surpr I think I'll leave this sub conversation as you're seeing it a completely different way even after I've shown it in the images of O'Nien ragging his shorts halfway up his back in one still and the video is there to be seen also of him then pulling them out to pull their player back.

not halfway up his back at all

I’m looking at the video in actual speed and the lad clearly loses control of the ball.

Was as strong as we could put out which makes me wonder if our players are as good as we(they?) think

Well that was fun! Where the **** do we go from here? January can't come soon enough. We seem to be getting worse by the game, Leicester and Gillingham were terrible performances but this sounds like it tops them! Hats off to the travelling fans, safe journey home. Only positives,we are out of that competition and he can get them on the training pitch

Imo they are league one level plodders and these performances are to be expected.

sad but reality, until we decide to be serious and appoint a manager who can either motivate and organise them, or be given money to spend in January

Thats a fair shout but having Gooch and Mcgeedy in the wide positions leaves both full backs exposed, and your wide men hold on to the ball too long, and orefer to cut in and shoot rather than getting to the line and crossing, this has been seen time and time again. Yes it would be better than the shambles to-night but it also leaves us short of options when injuries play their part, we have no optoions from the bench in my syatem we have two players for every place in the attacking third. I am off now so I will say well done everyone on here tonight esp. RTB. Goodnight all. Tomorrow is another day.

Full backs should defend. It’s basically the system used by Reid. Simple and straightforward
