I hope they sort the physics engine out, because at the moment it's bloody cack. It feels as if the players are floating around, their actions are delayed and there's no propensity to get stuck in to fifty-fifty balls. I'm sure they'll get it finished in time, as they did with the 11 demo, though. Starting to get the hang of finishing as well now, but the biggest problem seems to be that the keepers are ****ing amazing at saving one on ones and powerful shots from point blank range.
I think it's gonna be a good game, but the AI isn't very good to play against. They score ridiculous goals and have an unfair advantage now. As soon as you press B or w/e to shoot, it instantly makes them block your shot. The computer knows when you've pressed a button. So when you faint or shoot, it's ready every time to make it's move so it's not like playing against another person. I've been in on goal countless times, and several times, the AI will run into the box after me and put in the perfect sliding challenge every time to get the ball off me. It's not realistic. I haven't be awarded a single penalty yet because the AI's tackling is always perfect.

I still can't put my finger on Fifa 12 finishing, i'm scoring a lot more often now, but what is the difference now? I know it's harder, but what difference is there in the way you finish? I find it's just completely random, where as on Fifa 11, unless you were using an awesome player with great finishing ability, you had to put a certain amount of power on your shots and position yourself correctly. Meh. I'm still pwning the computer now, put i just don't see what they've changing about finishing. Do they just randomly make a player miss a shot now? What do you have to do different?
Don't think it's piracy as the cd keys work on steam, but when I was in moscow brand new relases of good games like Deus Ex and Dead Island £12 physical copy. I thought it was insane, but I doubt it's the exchange rates as PS3 games were over the £50 mark.
Playing on assisted, semi or manual shooting? I don't mean that it's a pirated copy, but piracy is a lot more prevalent in Russia and East Europe, so I'd imagine prices are reduced to be vaguely competitive.
