Heard a rumour that so-called Liverpool fans are sending tweets to Kenny Dalglish giving him abuse! Plastic glory-hunters! OK, I was annoyed at the result, think he's partly responsible for yesterday with the team selection faults, but that kind of thing makes me angry! Not even Roy Hodgson deserved that kind of abuse!
#headtested...... I am not saying have blind faith in Kenny, but yes the tactics were wrong and selection as well, but the players put out there did not hold up their end, insisting on fighting with each other, the ref, and forgot about playing a very good Tottenham side, who were well up for it.
I use Twitter to promote my writing, and I assoc with the LFC supporters, too, but I've come to the conclusion that match day on Twitter is a bad idea. Everyone gets heated esp when we lose and we all start falling out and talking bollox...! For the sake of my author followers I've tried not to tweet during the matches, I'm thinking of just posting one tweet at FT win or lose but it is hard! Must force myself, though!
Celebrities getting abuse over Twitter is weird, its mostly foreigners with a poor grasp of the English language that send abuse to other people. Either that or its just people who hide behind fake accounts just to send abuse to celebrities on twitter.
If you use it for professional reasons then that's a different story. I just can't stand the vast majority of twitter users, it just seems like it's for weirdos who want to be someone else and also a legal way to stalk someone!
There is a lot of that but the good thing about it is you can block spammers and weirdos and report them if they get too bad - unlike on 606! I've blocked a lot of people myself. I follow KD's tweets but I've never tweeted him. He doesn't know me and I wouldn't expect him to respond. I also follow John Henry. However I would never advise someone as high brow as they are to tweet
If Kenny is receiving messages on twitter then that suggests that Kenny is on twitter. Seems odd that Kenny would be on twitter
#Staringatyounow..... No chance Kenny hops on twitter for the odd update a la Jack Wilshire, who sounds like a 15 yrd girl with some of his tweets.
Its all rather odd tweeting things about tactics and team selection to Kenny Dalglish, isn't it? I mean, why would he listen to some random person over twitter who isn't eloquent enough to make his point without resorting to sandwiching expletives between every word of his sentence. And yes, the ignore feature on not606, would've been welcomed by me on 606. I wouldn't have had to read articles from persistent WUMs such as GoonerGooner, who never seemed to get banned, no matter how much of an annoyance he actually was.
Got a feeling celeb twitter accounts have to be validated as genuine somehow. Don't ask me how. He's got 221,182 followers, follows 16, has tweeted 139 times and is listed on 3,119 lists. He'll ignore all the idiots. He doesn't tweet tactics!
it is kennys account but i dont think hes used it since he became manager ... bluff stop putting hashes infront of words like stalker etc. im getting a complex
#hash# The hash before your little quote that everyone does on twitter drives me crazy, it is stupid.
