Sterling s been playing on the left and there is no way he's ahead of Mane imo. Nor is Sadio as good centrally or on the right do I'd keep him left. Salah vs Sterling is tough but for a RW spot? I'd go Salah. I'd go Bobby centrally every time, I love him and wouldn't pick another CF in the works over him in this team. I think it's more about the medium cog; that trio work so well together I just wouldn't break it up.
According to Lawro we're playing against our own stadium: And I thought a parked bus was difficult enough....
"The country, meanwhile, is about to embark on its second general election since Liverpool last lost a league game at Anfield." #bbcsalford trying hard with the #jinx https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/50322882
I mentioned this in another thread but I feel Salah is actually underrated. He’s not in top form but he’s still our best goal scorer, dribbler, creator. Phenomenal player. He looked incredibly sharp against Genk but just didn’t have his shooting boots on.
Salah is great now but now is also the time to start planning for when he's past his best in a couple of years
I'm always amazed by how many people don't put Firmino as the number 9 in these silly combined XI teams. He's the first damn name on the sheet! I don't care how many goals your striker gets, Bobby contributes far more. Goals come from wide these days for most teams.
Interesting that if Leicester win and we win, city would end the weekend in 4th. Not bad for a billion pound spent.
Early days still, but it's looking like the league just might not be the two-horse race most were expecting. City really can't afford to lose this game and even a draw would be bad for them. Should be interesting....
City are not as good as last year.Looks like four horse race. Liverpool Manchester city Leicester Chelsea I cannot see any other team coming in.
City have only played spurs at home and drew 2-2 they've had a relatively easy start to the league campaign. I think we are their first big test.
I watched Leicester v Arsenal earlier. A cross is swung in and Soyuncu is trying to get on the end of it at the far post, but is clearly (and I mean clearly) pulled back by Guendouzi...........VAR looks at it...........penalty expected.................decision is no penalty
