    Frank needs the transfer window to bring in a few Prima Doners on huge wages to spark a dressing room revolt. Then things will get interesting for him.

    He's in his "lucky rookie" phase, at the moment, so things will be looking temporarily rosy.

    DJ Truthsayer: VAR is officially a joke. That may have helped Spurs but holy good lord, his foot was all of a millimeter off side. Utter shambles, feel sorry for Sheffield United, they deserve to be level. Also nearly 4 minutes to make a decision is unacceptable.

    Ivan Wainewright: When a player is 1" offside, when a toe is offside... This is not what VAR was created for. No manager complained when that used to happen. Just wrong.

    It’s ****ing ridiculous.

    If an offside can’t be seen with the naked eye on VAR, it shouldn’t be given as offside. They need to change this like yesterday....

    Surely it should be based about the centre of the body. Someones knee sticking out, toe being in front, or head leaning forward etc isn't benefiting the actual run through on goal.

    It should be based on the naked eye, put the lines in the ****ing bin.

    The entire reason for the offside rule is to stop the attacker being beyond the defender in order to gain an advantage. If you can’t see that advantage then there isn’t one!
