1639 FOOTBALL: Korean striker Park Ju Young, Japanese forward Ryo Miyaichi and fellow 18-year-old Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are all expected to make their full debuts for Arsenal in Tuesday's Carling Cup third round tie against Shrewsbury.

At last something to look forward to. I've been particularly waiting for Ryo as he has that Balesque pace to go past players. It will be intesting to see OXO cubes, Frimpong and Park get full games. Hopefully Ramsey can get some valuable game time to get some form!

Ramsey??? He does not need games. He needs a rest. Playing non stop for us and Wales since the start of the season.

Yes but what he needs is confidence and losing so much early on this season will put his development back. We need him to spring back and play well. Also i wouldn't want to play Arteta or Benny for these early games as they are a touch injury prone......

He needs a rest more then confidence. The guy is looking burnt out at the end of every game. You can't get confidence if you are feeling tired. After this game, we have games on Saturday,Wednedsay and then Sunday. And then he will have to go and play for Wales.

  8. Isn't he injured again? Ankle/foot injury according to physioroom.com with no return date.

I agree Aaron R needs a rest. He wasn't bad on Saturday IMHO. It was his assist that helped Micky to his first goal for the club <ok>

Fair enough, give the boy a rest. But the problem is, if we rest him we'll have to play Arteta and god knows when mystery man Diaby will come back......Can we play anyone else in the middle? How about Arshavin? Is Wenger allergic to playing Arshavin in the middle or something?

I reckon there's a tasty masseuse in the 'sick-room'. They queue up for her treatment.

I want Afobe (if he's fit) to get a start along with Coquelin and Miquel.
