As I say every time, I must get around to signing up to Saints player. Trouble is, I had it for a season a few years back, and it was total crap, so there is that lingering doubt.
It's not too bad, although the qulaity seems to vary sometimes from week to week. ToI think it depends on broadband speed and having up to date media player. Interviews with players and Nige quite good. It cost peanuts for what you get really.
In the last one, I'm just about a minute in, and the commentator says "That was a strong hand from Delvis!" Eh?
that guy is awful. some of the saints tv people need to be sacked. theres a guy that does the interviews sounds like he's about to commit suicide his voice is that bored.
It's weird how sometimes the quality is really good and sometimes it's shocking, well worth the £4.29 a month though..when I get a bit down I watch the 39 minute vid of the Walsall game last year lol, reminds me how good that day was. As for yesterdays game, Connoly looked onside to me
These ones are done by Perform Group, but there is a dreadfully dull guy on SaintsPlayer. Really low pitch, sounds like he is swallowing his tongue.
Having Player guarantees you see highlights, sometimes the whole match, you can watch old games to pass the time, and you can listen to Nigel if you need cheering up.
Extended highlights on Player now with the Solent commentators, much better, some of the video quality is not good but that was down to the rain on the lens. I think they confused Guly with Connolly on one occasion, an easy mistake to make! Connollys goal looked definitely on side too.
