No Tiger sharks in Cornwall thankfully. We get a few Mako sharks but it's rare, and only usually fishermen that see them when they are out at sea. We also get Blues, Porbeagle and Threshers. All toothy sharks, but none of them are dangerous to humans. Around June, there's always the obligatory 'Great White shark spotted in Cornwall' right before the tourist season kicks off. But that is usually either a Mako or a Blue, but you know, it sells Newspapers ...
