Not sure about this mind, i always found vietnamese food some of the most bland food you get, which is suprising where they are.
I've been doing something nice, well it seems nice to me, but no matter what will get slated, nature of the game. Roast spuds (par boiled) then done in old fashioned lard, lots of pepper and hebs. Hoyed in some parsnips also. Fresh carrots, some peas, and also some brocolli. 2 chicken breasts, both pan fried. One is garlic, pepper and herbs, the other done with garlic puree and in sweet chilli (if i post the pictures later, you can easily tell which one is which) Also a horseradish gravy. All done ,Sorted for later.
Typical Viet, noodle soup. Good effort though. No doubt Ginge will be along later to give his expert opinion on this countries cuisine.
