At that price buy it and then fly tip it in a ditch somewhere. That is what you are supposed to do with dead wood.
Anyone read this? https://borisbrexitdeal.com/?gclid=...XzMNxIxiYxmrRvNrZ5zhgdAyOyNhnpXIaAtiCEALw_wcB
As far as I can see the two clear Brexit options are offered by Farage and the Lib Dems. I still don't trust Corbyn totally, although another referendum would be ok, as long as he sticks to it. Farage, whatever you think of him as a person, is a consummate politician. A great performance on Marr yesterday that hopefully will help further split the Tory vote.
See, this is what puzzles me sometimes. How is it better to vote for someone who you know is going to **** in your Cornflakes and rape your dog rather than someone who might do something bad? Obviously everyone is entitled to their beliefs but I'd take the mystery box every time rather than guarantee a ****ty breakfast
Just a wind up. I'd bet my kedgeree that Libby is a dyed in the wool Tory who realises that Farage and Blackford are going to take a mutual dump in his porridge. ( To continue the scatalogical metaphor)
Former PM Sir John Major re the current bunch of (insert your choice of expletive here). "The concept that the people running the Brexit campaign would care for the National Health Service is a rather odd one. I seem to remember Michael Gove wanted to privatise it; Boris wanted to charge people for using it and Iain Duncan Smith wanted a social insurance system. The NHS is as about as safe with them as a pet hamster would be with a hungry python."
When have you ever known a politician to do everything they promise during an election campaign? Sadly it works both ways....as you should know by now!!
The current PM and his crooked cabinet's catalogue of lies and deceit is well recorded. https://twitter.com/bydonkeys?lang=en
Yes, I can see why you would think that your interests would be best served by an old-Etonian who’s never done an honest day’s work in his life, a serial liar who’s about to get the book thrown at him for slipping a pole dancer £100,000 of public funds, a convicted criminal who represents the worst aspects of disaster capitalism. Make sure you explain to your little boy why the NHS has been sold off in a few years time.
It was a joke Chilcs, would have thought that was obvious. Very telling though, and says a lot about the state of political debate in this country, that you couldn't wait to bring my infant aged son into it.
A lot of things are said on here that could be taken one way or tother................Depends on your state of mind at the time.........
If the Brexit referendum has caused division in families this next general election could split them beyond repair. From my perspective, this is a vote where the young MUST go out in numbers and vote for the party that will 100% guarantee the protection and continuation of the NHS. Neither the Tories nor, in my opinion, the Liberal Democrats can be trusted to do this, and the Tories, as we know, are already talking to big pharmaceutical companies in the USA, which will be the precursor for running the NHS down as more money is spent on drugs and less on actual care, and then privatising it. Given that the majority Tory support is from the older generations, we are now going to have millions of voters, who are already (excuse this expression) in God’s waiting room, putting their newspaper induced hatred of Corbyn before the love of their offspring and putting the final nail into the NHS coffin at a time when they probably won’t be around for long enough to see the harm done to their descendants. And the thing is, that the young will KNOW that their parents/grandparents are doing this. What a legacy.
Do you know sunshine one of these days you will be one of the people that are "waiting in gods waiting room" with the young people having a totally differing view to you. This has been the way for generations.................I don't believe any party would be stupid enough to privatise the NHS now or in the future. As for the idiot speaking to the US's Pharmaceutical companies ....He hasn't much choice because if we come out without a deal our medical supplies have got to come from somewhere!!
Having listened to what my in-laws and their generation of friends have had to say about the forth coming election I do believe the level of selfishness in their generation is astonishing. Those is their late 70's and 80's that I know are far more concerned about the cost of their golf club membership and the worry of Waitrose running out of Brussels sprouts before Christmas. Theirs is a very small and increasingly self absorbed existence. They don't care about the environment, social welfare or what kind of country the younger generations will be faced with. Mention the NHS and every one of them say "It will always be there". No bloody idea of what is around the corner with the next Tory government and to be honest, I get the impression they will all vote for Boris because they have always voted Tory. I despair if these greedy, overweight, selfish and patently stupid people really are able to enable Boris the spider to gain a majority in December. If that happens it really will be time for mass civil disobedience.
