Well without actual evidence it is hearsay to be honest mate. But it’s an argument that’s only bought up by slippery folk like Eelers on here and we go round in circles so I guess we can’t take it any further.
Personally Fin, I don’t hate any religion and in some way I’m jealous of people who really do believe in something other than ‘we’re born, we live, we die, the end’. I’ve met so many people who are in their last days and it makes me scared that, in my mind, that’s it.....once we’re gone, there is no more ‘us. Religion has been used by the rich and powerful for centuries to keep common folk in their place and to incite violence to others...can’t see that changing anytime soon No gods, No masters.
Listen I dint truly give a flying **** either way, jews, muslims, hindu, etc etc. Its when people have double standards that pisses me off
Anyway the good news is I’m getting away on time today And I’ve decided that even though I disagree with Labours stance on the Brexit debate, I cannot betray my socialist principles and long to see a fair and just government for all......therefore I will be voting Labour. In Jezza we trust
I agree. Although labour do have to try and appease both leavers and remainers within their party and amongst their voters. I think they have done right by saying they will put it back to the people, even more so now that we know Boris and Nigels ideas of brexit are worlds apart!
Religious folk are the worst exponents of double standard hypocrisy, Bobster. Do as I say not as I do. Any God that supports or demands many of the things done in His name isn’t one that I care worship, thank you very much. Building on Stainsey’s post, I have respect for those with quiet faith, that generally keep their beliefs to themselves and don’t seek to sit in judgement of others. It’s those tossers that want to tell me how to live my life and what I should myself believe that piss me off.
I don't think anyone has said Corbyn has made antisemitic statements, have they? That's not the case him. If they had, that would be hearsay
I've explained this already. By a accumulation of the circumstantial evidence including the irony quote, murals, support for Palestinian terrorists etc, combined with his inaction as leader against hate speak and threats of violence against Jewish members. Hence the EHRC investigation
So now that you have weighed that up, where do you stand on Boris and islamaphobia within the tories?
It doesnt take 2 minutes to find all Boris, homophobic, sexist and racist comments hes made down the years. The list is quite something. They should publish them on the front of every newspaper and hand out free copies in every newsagents! It doesnt even compare to what Jeremy Corbyn has never said anywhere, anytime.
And let’s not even go there with that old crow Maggie and her support of a fascist, murderer like Pinochet.....What do you expect from Tories, eh
