I'd swap Atsu for Joelinton and just have Saint-maxim in roaming wherever the **** he wants behind them. Could go very good or very bad. What worries me looking at our options is we still don't have a single creator with some end product. Aside from a few decent games from Shelvey, we haven't had one since Cabaye.
I agree, If only we played Shelvey in the CAM role instead of this nonsense quarter back role he seems to be tasked with every time he plays for us. He has the creativity and his lack of pace would not be an issue in that position. Shelvey to Gayle could be the closest thing we have to the Cabaye to Ba combination of 2011.
Almiron has offered nothing in terms of goals and assists. Atsu has at least provided a goal for Joelinton. Anyway as predicted Almiron starts, lets hope today is his day.
