The UK aren't in the top six economically based on GDP so you can be quiet.

And based on GDP per capita we're higher than the UK

So maybe Johnson was right when he said the Brits suffered from sloth, low skills and had a culture of easy gratification?

    5. United Kingdom
    U.K. Nominal GDP: $2.83 trillion
    U.K. GDP (PPP): $3.04 trillion

The United Kingdom, with a $2.83 trillion GDP is the fifth-largest economy in the world. When compared in terms of GDP purchasing-power-parity, U.K. slips to the ninth spot with a GDP-PPP of $3.04 trillion. It ranks 23rd in terms of GDP per capita, which is $42,558. Its nominal GDP is estimated to remain at $2.83 trillion during 2019, but its ranking is expected to slide to the seventh spot by 2023 with its GDP of $3.27 trillion.

Starting from 1992 until 2008, the economy of the U.K. witnessed an uptrend in each quarter. However, it witnessed a decline in its output for five consecutive quarters starting April 2008. The economy shrunk by 6% during this time (between the first quarter of 2008 and the second quarter of 2009) and eventually took five years to grow back to the pre-recession levels, according to data from the Office of National Statistics.

The economy of the U.K. is primarily driven by the services sector, which contributes more than 75% of its GDP, with manufacturing the second prominent segment, followed by agriculture. Although agriculture is not a major contributor to its GDP, 60% of the U.K.'s food needs are produced domestically, even though less than 2% of its labor force is employed in the sector.

Looks like he’s trying a pr campaign to try to force the tories to do some kind of deal. They both know that a brexit vote and a Tory vote in the same constituency is going to give a big chance of a hung parliament. Assuming nige can find 600 candidates. Farage wants a free pass at a few constituencies to have a chance of getting some mps, otherwise he could get a good share of the vote and no seats, an experience he is familiar with.

Farage and Johnson, both know the other is an untrustworthy bullshitter and Johnson has to back his deal and can’t risk Farage having some controlling seats in Parliament where he could stop the brexit bill passing... bit like the ERG round 2.

There is a danger that the brexit party would split the leave vote, while the remain vote is split between labour and the Lib Dems.

Be fcking hilarious if we came out of this with still no path through parliament.

Johnson will be returned with a comfortable majority, no problem, regardless of what Farage decides to do.

And you say he’s untrustworthy and yet the polls suggest he’s more trustworthy than Corbyn (which is a pretty low benchmark admittedly)

    So happy days

Yep, being more trustworthy than corbyn is not an endorsement. The brexit party is the only risk to a Tory majority. I imagine enough tactical voting at a local level would negate much of it. Though you’d be relying on those who think tactics are little mints to get it right.

Now go back in history and bring Corbyn's up. You'll find Hamas, Hezbollah, IRA and other terrorist groups on his friends list.
