Does anyone add any flavouring to their scrambled eggs? What are your favourite egg "add-ins". Besides the boring salt and pepper has anyone tried adding Tabasco sauce (not to make it spicy, just to give it a nice flavour), obviously bacon bits and sausage go nice with eggs, especially if you fry them in the bacon grease. I like to add mixed Italian herbs to my eggs (although the Mrs. Doesn't like that).
I add 1 tea spoon of cumin powder Garam masala Salt 1 fresh chilli Small onion diced Oil in pan...fry onions Throw in spices Mix mix Throw in eggs Mix mix Throw in a handful of fresh cut coriander Mix mix Eat with bread of choice
Why is HIAG's nickname omelette? I think he should take as much time away from the board as he needs. A couple of years at least.
