It's not just Corbyn though is it - the whole Labour Party's unelectable and has been for years.

It’s the people at the helm not the party... since the 1950’s they’ve never been electable when the left have control, and generally been electable or competitive when the right... or ‘pragmatists’ were. It may be changing currently with brexit as a curve ball, but elections are generally decided by the floating voters, a relatively small proportion of the population, who can be swayed. There are a number of things that can swing them but the credibility of the leader is one of them. Against a centrally led Labour Party with someone who could string a coherent sentence together the Tories would be in big trouble with a muppet like boris at the helm... but seeing as the choice is Corbyn...

<laugh> They’ll have a long wait. I haven’t heard one Labour MP who makes any sense, so replace Corbyn with who exactly? When you compare the Cabinet with the Shadow Cabinet the former is different class. You could make a good case for quite a few of them to replace Johnson, but Labour? Who in their right mind would want Thornberry, Starmer, Abbott, Long-Bailey, Rayner etc as PM?

And in any case, who in their right mind would vote for a Party that’s riven with anti Semitism?

Labour are a joke, and have been since the ‘60’s.

Don’t forget snivelling Barry Gardiner or knobhead John McDonnell.
Anyone who votes for that front bench needs their head examined, and that is before you consider their policies: votes for anyone who wants one, as long as they vote Labour, benefits for all from the magic money tree, Free University for everyone, nationalise all the ex public companies.....
You want austerity, you ain’t seen austerity.

You’re not exactly a pillar of objectivity on the subject are you, mr ‘left wing policies cause right wing uprisings’ <laugh><laugh>

good case for a few of them to replace johnson? You could make a good case for Ronald McDonald to replace him. Not setting the bar very high. I agree that the trough is at the emptiest I can recall for labour politicians with gravitas, but really when there have been serious suggestions to bring back ken Clarke to add some sanity to the Tories you’re hardly talking about a party laden with leadership potential. Bunch of immoral chancers in the cabinet led by a morally bankrupt chancer. Bunch of Lefty dipsticks in the shadow cabinet led by a lefty dipstick. A reflection of who picks the cabinet and the shadow cabinet.

Vote Lib Dem or Green to get rid of all our industry, increase energy prices so only the super rich can afford it, go back to the dark ages, no hospitals, no Police, no central Government, no meat, no technology...
They have no fkn idea what nett zero carbon means.
Vote Labour.... well most of that has been covered but; Scottish Independence (ok there is some good news ) open borders to the world, votes for minors, another year at least of Brexit uncertainty, Corbyn in charge....... I should have put that first
Vote Conservative... more of what we’ve had but with Boris.
Vote Brexit Party.. leave with no deal plus change how we do politics in this country mmmmm
Vote for anyone else is wasted.

Always wondered what makes people go and live in another country and then complain that they don't have all the right that they enjoyed in their original home. (I know I have done this, but I don't vote in the UK and my opinions are just that. Fifty year in Oz but I still have a soft spot for the Old Dart and hate to see her struggle).

I’m struggling to think when we had a more unimpressive House of Commons across all parties.

Well I’m happy to admit I’m wrong.

It must have project fear because woke up this morning and this new independence doesn’t seem too different and there thankfully doesn’t appear to be any problems at Dover and no food shortages yet.

    So Happy Independence Day!

    Happy October 31st

    Happy Diana Ditch Day!

and remember he’s not lying to you...

If you're in the Kent area, pop down on Bonfire night to watch Bercow Burn, cheer on and watch Bercow Burn.

Dominic 'I hadn’t quite understood the full extent of this, but if you look at the UK and look at how we trade in goods, we are particularly reliant on the Dover-Calais crossing' Raab.

Andrea ' I envisage there being absolutely no regulation whatsoever—no minimum wage, no maternity or paternity rights, no unfair dismissal rights, no pension rights—for the smallest companies that are trying to get off the ground, in order to give them a chance.' Leadsom.

Liz 'They've now got patrol dogs who are barking, which helps deter drones' Truss.

Priti 'forced to resign for colluding with foreign government' Patel.

Gavin 'lets put really expensive guns on tractors' Williamson.

That's an embarrassment of poverty right there in their cabinet.

I’ve checked and Mark Francois has NOT exploded, so Brexit DID happen on schedule.
