I've slept, ate and drank in equal measures mate.

I have no aches and pains at the moment, although that will happen tomorrow, in their petty little joke, i know exactly what i will doing. I will be working the heaviest grid, so let's get hoying those bananas and spuds etc around, don't matter though, i will be ready, and actually prefer working there, it's warmer and you are left alone, and work with lads, Not the rest off the fannies on restrictions. It's always a laugh.

 

haha but just take it easy yeah.. I'm still living with the prostrate cancer, it's sleeping by all accounts and being under active observation, when it kicks I'm ready, don't even produce semen anymore, as dry as a KP best dry roast nut haha, try to do things that 2 years ago were second nature. Had a heart scan a month ago and found out I have right aorta heart disease.. Keep it going for these girls I love immensely, without them the towel would have been in.. Life's **** mate but beautiful too in the same breath.. miss Burly, he was a rock of a mate to have..
