For a laugh, read Tony M's comment underneath the article. 8th in the table, four points off the top, three wins in a row and still the trolls crawl out from under their rocks. Pathetic.

    Probably all of the above.

I couldn't go on Saturday. But looking at that picture, were Pompey that bad that Chester had time to do star jumps during the match?

There was once a Morecambe and Wise sketch in which Eric was playing the piano and Andre "Preview" stopped him and told him he was playing the wrong notes. The classic response was that he was playing the right notes but not necessarily in the right order. That is the approach the HDM take when composing their headlines. The quote was "A lot of people seemed to write us off after the first few games and considering how long the season is, that's ridiculous," said Chester

You can see that he said criticism was ridiculous but did not call the critics ridiculous, although in the case of some that would be justified. The HDM appear to forget that most of their readers have a reasonable level of intelligence and are not fooled but they can fool some of their readers hence the 8th comment.

Just read the article, (and had a pop at that goon TonyM).It got me thinking about whether the players read the different boards.I expect they do.They'll all have p.c's so i can imagine they be curious as to what people are saying.
Then again,he may have been referring to the booing after the earlier games.
