@Trevsjoy Julie and I went to Jacque on Finnieston on Saturday before we went to Romesh Ranganathan at the Armidilo. Thoroughly recommend the restaurant if you fancy something a bit quirky. Most stuff is cheese based but was lovely. I’d just done a 24hr fast though so might skew the results somewhat. NPOR

Eggs keep for weeks at room temperature, no need to refrigerate. Pickles can last for years, though I'd trust homemade to last longer than shop-bought as at home we tend to use neat vinegar, not watered down. And butter? I keep mine in the fridge but then there's a tin of ghee in the cupboard. That makes no sense.
