That was exactly what I thought, was IMO handball, as he leaned his upper arm into the ball.

 

I don’t think it was deliberate, I doubt he knew much about it. He just barged right through the back of Lichaj and in pushing Lichaj’s head out the way it bounced off his arm.

Rightly chalked off either way, even if it wasn’t handball it wasn’t a fair challenge.
