*Chilli I would usually go for chilli and grated cheese. What I sometimes do at home is cut the baked potato in half and scoop out the insides and mix it with crispy bacon and cheese. Then put the mix back in the jackets and put a bit of grated cheese over the top and put them under the grill for a few minutes. Then eat them.
