Serie A club Napoli have been linked with a move for Spurs’ No.7 particularly after Son’s agent flirted with the idea of his client moving to southern Italy. Thies Bliemeister told Italian station Radio Marte, as reported by Goal, he could see Son moving to Serie A in the future. Bliemeister said: “I’ve never brought a player to Napoli, but I’d like to because [Diego] Maradona, my favourite player, played for them. “I’ve talked to Napoli in the past, with executives who are no longer at the club. I’ll take advantage of this double-header with Salzburg [in the Champions League] to talk to them. As for Son at Napoli, why not? You can never say never in football. Son likes Italy, the food and Italian people. It’s not easy to take him from Tottenham because he costs a lot but, one day, who knows?” https://talksport.com/football/611752/heung-min-son-transfer-tottenham-agent-napoli/
I see that you lifted that piece of "news" from Talk Sport, the greatest anti Spurs media wum mouthpiece in the World. To cut through the crap, I have whittled down verbiage and highlighted the pertinent part for you.
Talksport wind up fans from all clubs HIAG, but it's only gullible saps like you who think it's only their club. Anyway, they are only quoting Son's agent. He's the one who has been talking up a move to Italy. How old is Son now anyway 27 / 28 ? So he's probably only got one last shot at a move to a big club. He's got a few years left on his contract, so Spurs would get a decent price for him maybe £40m-£50m
Son will be 28 and have 3 years left on his contract in the summer. That would be the ideal time for Levy to cash in, because after then his stock will be falling.
How much do you think Levy will get in on the transfers of Rose, Alderweireld and Vertonghen, Quents? ... ball park will do?
I think he’s not being sold, mate. Now, answer my question. When do you think Levy will sell Son to Napoli for £50m?
We’ll not get much for them. The key thing is that we do get rid, so as to free up the wages for new, hungrier blood.
Did you watch MOTD Quents? ... they kept putting the ages of our fabulous young squad up .... 6 of the starting 11 were 21-23 with another 3 on the bench ... hungry ... and young ... and all on long contracts ... I know you will be impressed by that, Quents
Your lot had better not roll over to the RS today HIAG. The hotel I stayed in last night was full of Irish reds over for the game today, I was surrounded by RS shirts at breakfast this morning, nearly put me off my full English ffs.
