I always found that you were too keen to get back to playing, a danger of losing your place, and when you do play you look to protect the old injury and that puts strains on other areas. Just makes you more susceptible to new niggles or worse.
There is an article here about Watford and the use of cryptocurrencies. It is supposed to help us understand how the concept will be used, but it is as clear as mud to me. It looks like another aid to gambling, and selling club products. https://www.theguardian.com/football/2019/oct/24/watford-lead-way-crypto-express-new-technology
Just received an email from the club re the new badge...shortlist of 5 to be voted on. The winner will be pitched against the current badge to find the overall winner. It says you can only vote once per supporter, but you can click multiple times, not sure if the subsequent votes are counted - cant see a way that they can eliminate multiple votes though email is below here... WATFORD FC’s journey with its supporters and designers around the world towards finding a design to challenge for the coveted position of the official club crest is now nearing its final stages. The shortlisted designers have waited patiently while Hornets’ fans have whittled down the possible options from an initial clutch of over 4,000 would-be new club badges. After receiving this amazing number of submissions (from designers in more than 30 countries), a selection of our supporters have worked hard over the past couple of months to bring us to this point; the final five. Now is the time for all of you to have a say and select your favourite from the quintet of badges included below. The design with the most votes will be put up against the current badge in the final stage of voting shortly afterwards. As we have always said, we will only make a change if that is what the majority of our fans want and we thank you all in advance for getting involved. All five of the designs have pockets of support within the club so we can’t wait to see what all of you think. To vote, simply click on your favourite badge below. Only one vote will be allocated per supporter so choose wisely. please log in to view this image please log in to view this image please log in to view this image please log in to view this image please log in to view this image If everyone can please register their vote by 12noon on Monday October 28 we’ll be in a position to confirm the winner next Tuesday and move straight on to the final vote. As ever, thanks again for all your support and Come on You ‘Orns! Best wishes, Spencer Field Global Strategy & Partnerships Director & Richard Walker Head Of Communications & Media Relations
These guys did the Watford name proud: https://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/n...-fans-rescue-man-japan-rugby-world-cup-visit/
I voted for B. I think the design hard changed slightly in that more red has been added. I really don't care for the other four at all, all a bit wishy-washy.
Well if we go down the marketing won't matter so much - supposed new fans won't be interested in a Championship club. I dare say some current ones won't be (not on here!!) I
Is this good for team morale from Kabasele or just telling a few home truths ? https://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/s...ls-watford-team-mates-leave-now-dont-believe/
I didn't think I had been given the chance to vote, but discovered the e-mail in the promotions part of my account. I haven't heard anything more since I voted with my choice.
I voted via the club email. Next stage in a week I believe which will be to vote existing v the winning new option.
please log in to view this image I have seen that this is the badge with the most votes, and will go head to head with the existing one next week.
I didn't vote but I like this one. It certainly promotes the hornets nickname in a clean and precise fashion. The more I look at it the more it becomes acceptable. The hart on the present badge often causes confusion, I will vote for the new one.
