You can watch him on BT Sports 2 now. He's starting in their match at Partizan Belgrade.

:emoticon-0102-bigsm My Morris Marina would have looked more the part. Well if it wasn’t for the British Leyland Antelope beige and chrome hubcaps. Mind I did have a Ford Cortina 2 litre GT with vinyl roof

Only gone and spoilt it by revealing his name....this could have run. Well, for at least 2 pages anyway.

Can someone let me know how he gets on - no BT telly channels!

Edit Tragic though it is he might prefer Wigan - Championship and local

They rate him as the new Michael Carrick, so it appears he has shown some promise like Evans did.

always rankled with me when Evans went to wba for £6 million whilst we were in the prem and bought seb Coates and that Dutch winger, whose name has left me who was a waste of space

I liked the Cortina GT models, The Grand Tour did a great tribute to the Cortina, brought back loads of memories of a time when I was looking at buying my first car.
Beige Marina, jeez my brother had a Mk11 it was hideous, he sold it and got a Mk11 estate version.

I hope no one thinks I'm trying to threadcrap, if they do I apologise.

No probs for me, I enjoy a random tangent on a thread. In fact I’m going to dig out my starsky and hutch box set

Cars list when I started my job in late 74 was Marina 1.3, Avenger1.3, Cortina 1.3 or Hunter 1.5 - all with rubber floor mats and none with radios. What a glorious choice! Hunter seemed the best option but engine failed to last beyond 40k. Drove it to Dorking from Norfolk stopping every half hour to top up the radiator

Great question, I’d rather we brought through our own lads. As for the Man Utd lad I’ve never seen him play at all

Just watched this young lad having a real good ’mature’ game. Very very good. Tho what I feel about denying our youngsters a chance especially in his position is another matter.

I would stick with our own, we have Hume, Robson, Embleton and Mumba all can fill in for Power or Dobson if and when required, we have to develop our own young players not other peoples however good they may or may not be. FM

Hume? With Embleton I'd be very surprised to see him as part of a midfield two. Anywhere further upfield behind the forward or as part of a midfield three but not as part of a two.
