Rodri looks quality and will need to start against Wigan alongside Weimann

Semenyo not good enough at present.

The Keeper was not far enough out … Maybe!

If the sequence of play is taken back the ball is seventy metres away and Citys Keeper is in his box. Start in the D and it not an easy clearance it is more take possession of a through ball and keep it.

Charlton attempted that ball several times. The positioning and decision making of Citys CB/FB's is also questionable, they are flat and high, the players here are not particularly quick or slow but as there is no depth easy (ish) to play though.

If Mr Johnsons attempt was to squeeze the space by being high Bentley needs to come out further.

We also got a bit of a midfield injury crisis which would be made worse if we took Brownhill out of it. My left field suggestion if you want a physical presence up front to replace Fammy would be Marley Watkins

In my humble opinion Bentley showed poor judgement and committed himself unnecessarily when he had less than a 50-50% chance of getting there. As soon as the striker beat him to the ball we were on a loser.

He would have been better staying put and coming out to narrow the angle. Had he caught the Charlton player, he'd probably have been sent off as well.

    From my bedroom window.

Absolutely dire 1st half and they were unlucky with 2 injuries.
Our squad proved far superior, we brought on a £5million striker !
Great 2nd half and think City deserved the win.

Fammy made the difference when he came on with Rodri, never seen him so 'up for it'.
Obviously went to far but he'd set the tone and the crowd responded.
I loved how City kept going for the win even with 10.
    Fantastic result.

It was obviously a keeper mistake but that's the problem with being a keeper, one mistake usually costs a goal whereas anybody else on the field are far more likely to get away with it. He's still in credit for the season though

He is now working for Everton. He would dig a trench and instruct the Keeper to play in front of that .."The box is just the area you can use your hands in".
