Good to see Toral play well.
Lots of talent but very little application in the past.
Will be a real asset if he applies himself.

Saw glimpses of Torals ability at Tranmere earlier in the season, he looked up for the challenge last night, terrific performance given he can't be particularly match fit.

Led the line really well, much better than Eaves has ever done so far. He'll be a big miss based on last night

Very pleased with the result last night. Great result after the last two games. Credit to Terry for changing things around. Lots of good performances and an obvious injection of steel in the forwards. Bit of a bummer to lose Mag for four games but he is a handful playing with that passion and will come back fully fired up.

Not a penalty. In real time it looked bad, the replay shows he got the ball.

Absolute sending off. Don't defend that at all, shocking tackle.

    And the shirt pulling?

Doesn't really matter as these things balance out over the season.

It was definitely a penalty, Lichaj almost had his shirt off.

Though it's about time one went our way.

Totally agree we've really missed a ball player, just got to keep him fit now and hope he can get some consistency to his game.

The Football Association have confirmed that Josh Magennis will serve a four-match ban following his dismissal in Hull City’s 2-1 win at Nottingham Forest last night.

That Bowen finish was really good. The pass goes past him and he has to readjust quickly to get that off first time. I think a lot of players would have had to take a touch there and the chance would've gone. He took it first time with his supposedly weaker foot and buried it. I really think our fans don't fully appreciate quite how good Bowen is for us.

Thanks for the compliment Chazz. Just watched McCanns post match interview. Like me he didn't think Magennis should have walked for the same type of foul committed by them on Toral. Now I know you are thick as **** but think before you react. You will come across as being more of a reasonable fellow. There's a good chap.

Not defending it. I said it was a bad foul BUT not as bad as it looked and not as bad as their players and supporters made it out to be. I seriously didn't think it was a red card in the context of the game. But hey, we all have a different opinion.

    MCann on Magannis...

“The biggest thing that disappointed me was the Josh Magennis sending off,” he added. “If we’re going to give that as a red card then (Joe) Worrall should’ve had one in the first half for the tackle on Jon (Toral). It was exactly the same.

“I think they’re both red cards. Josh knows. He’s led with his foot and it’s caught Watson. If you’re going to send him then you’ve got to be fair and consistent. That’s all we ask.”

Forest - living in the past - atmosphere worse than KC - what a bunch of twats - great win - never seen so many of our fans close to having a heart attack in the last 10 minutes - not good for your blood pressure - well fought City - deserved that
