I suspect you and a few thousand others.
History shows that a win or 2 brings undecided fans flocking back.
It has been a frustrating 15 or 16 months.
Goalfests have been like Hens teeth.
Let's hope this is a harbinger to better days.

Anyone else think the ref was utterly awful and almost cheating? Dobson yellow for winning the ball, their #35 wives out O’Nien to stop him running away, just a warning. Their #11 kicks out at one player, standard yellow, nothing. Then, 30 seconds later wipes out O’Nien, again nothing! Disallowed a goal for nothing too!!

Can somebody confirm for me, or probably deny as me memory is ****ed, but the last time we played Tranmere at home I'm sure we won 5-0 then as well. Reid era.

I know Watmore and Hume have their critics, they do make mistakes at times...
However what they bring to the team is pace, of which we are sadly lacking...in most sports there is no answer to pace.

Kimpokia was on too short a time to tell if he had pace to burn...

At Wycombe we had Leadbitter, Wyke and McGeady who, added together, restricted the mobility of the team imo.

In this league you need to be able to attack quickly before the opposition get everyone set behind the ball.

I love to see McGeady beating 2 or 3 defenders but I'm not sure how effective it really is ...

... crossing high balls into the 'land of the giants' doesn't seem to be working for us.

Sorenson made a great save that day. He was about 12 yards off his goal line and the Tranmere player hit it over him from outside the box. Sorenson ran back spinning in the air and just tipping it over the bar. It's one of the best saves that I've ever seen.

Me and Parky for two, we seemed to be often playing against 12 men, wonder how Donny would have done last night, under similar circumstances, not expecting perfection at any level, but a level playing field is not beyond reason.

Would not pin my hopes on Kimpy tbh, we need better.. He may prove me wrong but he lacks the discipline required to make the grade.

    Cannot believe this scoreline.

I was out watching The CULT in Glasgow, and didn’t check the score until about 10.45pm.

Unreal. Well Done SAFC & Parky.

For me this is the biggest frustration with having him in the side. Don't get me wrong he's an extremely skillful and talented individual but i think that's part of the problem.
He doesn't always need to beat 2 or 3 men, sometimes beating one will do and give the ball off to someone in space. It seems to have an effect on the other players as when he's in the side it sometimes looks like the only tactic is "give it to McGeady" and see if he can do anything.

Agreed. 1 maybe 2 who can slow the game down if required but not too many at the same time.

To be fair he looked the only player capable of scoring last Saturday but he offers no protection to full back unlike Gooch or Watmore.

Will Grigg’s review of last night’s performance, sounds like they were previously held back.

We were at it from start to finish. We got the goal that set the tone and from there it's easy to sit back but we didn't, we were ruthless and continued to do what we've always wanted to do." ️ @WillGrigg reviews last night's FIVE-GOAL WIN
