The only bad point of today's game was the booing of KJ why? It isn't the same as Gyan and Judas going for more money he took a pay cut to leave and it was Bruce who wanted shot.
The fans who decided to boo have short memories this guy was the main reason we stayed up in 2007/2008 and he played his part in 2008/2009, if you took part in it feel ashamed.

I agree, it was nothing to do with SuperKen, we essentially paid to get rid of him. He was my favourite player till he left, it's a shame I haven't seen that backflip in a while.

I agree, Jones was pushed out if anything. However Even Kevin Phillips was booed on his return.

Well i think the fans were 50 for and 50 against when he was here.

I think on his day there are not many better strikers around But and i mean a big BUT sometimes you got one good game out of 4 and that was why the fans turned against him. The only problem i have is we need someone like him now and we sold him cheap.

That's a real pity. Could understand it with certain others, but not Jones.

Thought I heard wrong when he came on not sure why the boos though he's been a Stoke player for 2 years now some people need to sort themselves out. A bit of lighthearted ribbing is fine but not what he got from so called SAFC supporters not our finest hour.

I was never his biggest fan and think it was the right time for us to move him on but i would never boo kenwyne. I think this is pretty shocking to be honest

I did however like when Whitehead was teeing up for his free kick after being taken down by one of our players, you could hear a solitary 'DEANOOO' from our crowd!

Its no secret that I didnt rate the lad that much but I was extremely disappointed by the boos today. Thats very un-Sunderland like IMO and was the biggest disappointment of the day as was the booing of Whitehead? I think Whitehead was a good player for us for the money he cost and we made a good profit when we sold him on.

Err, no he didn't. If you remember it was reported that we were paying part of his wages for the foreseeable future so pay cut - NO CHANCE!!!!

    Shame...

Iwas watching it with some Arsenal supporters, and when KJ came on i said "this is the only chance Stoke will have today of getting a goal". thought he may have made a difference, oh how wrong was i.

    Still like the lad though.

Shameful booing. Totally agree. Ken kept us afloat. I thought it was about 50 -50 so shame on those who booed

Now when Judas returns - that's another matter entirely

Dont you think that Judas will come down with a bout of Clarkitis, the most common symptom of which is never be fit when you are dure to play Sunderland

Yeh i dont agree with the KJ booing like, it wernt the whole crowd but still he didnt really do owt wrong from looking at it from the outside!

At least were not like the mags, they boo everyone that doesnt want to stay with them for their entire career!!!!

The other week when they played Fulham, they booed Duff for 90 mins everytime he got the ball. He left coz they got relegated, but was a good servant, what do they expect?

Saturday they booed Given!!!! Away crowds can be worse at this but Booing Given FFS?!?!

TBH our crowds have always tended to boo returning players, with exceptions made in rare circumstances. KJ should not have been booed, but the SAFC crowd have been guilty of this before and there's no point in pretending otherwise. As far as I'm concerned, he did pretty well for us, but he could have been a legend if he had bothered. Good servant, but went at the right time IMO.

Duff scored the own goal that relegated us, then he said he'd stay and fight for the club and fans, then ****ed off. Then he whinged on about Newcastle in the papers a year or so later, I can't stand Duff.

Cant condone booing Given, but if we won a point from putting him off then I'm fine with it.
