Yeah. I do. Just don’t trust eating seafood from Indian restaurants with my dodgy stomach. If I could make a proper curry myself I’d try it. I tried blagging my Pakistani mate last night to teach me how to make a proper one apparently. Don’t remember.
Making a curry at home is something I enjoy, just get a recipe offline. This one is easy... http://www.cookingwithsukhi.com/recipe/punjabi-lamb-curry/
I've bought a jungle curry paste from sainsburys, got some chicken, broccoli, carrots, potatoes, red onions, red and orange peppers. Also got some double cream and coconut milk incase I needed it. Any tips on what I should or shouldn't do with it? I know I'm gonna cook the chicken and shred it. The paste says it really supposed to be done with seafood but there's recipes for chicken.
Fried the chicken with the paste in the pan for a while then changed to the pot and chucked in the potatoes with a bit of water, simmered for 10 mins and added the broccoli and carrots, gonna add the pepper red onions and spring onion in a bit, not sure if I should stick some coconut milk or cream in there when's it's done to sauce it up. Dont make curries often so forgive me @Spurlock
