I think someone on RH hit the nail on the head.... Out of his depth as are some of the players moving to this level. In his interview McCan't was still adamant we are top 6 and wouldn't admit it was worse than Huddersfield, or own up to anything else for that matter... Bowen on the other hand basically said 'we were pants'.. Apparently some callers said Irvine swore at the East Stand crowd...??!!
Huddersfield was bad, we were devoid of attacking ideas and threat. Today in my view was unfortunate worse. If Terry spouts on about top six he seriously needs to have a reality check. Not enough experience and a centre forward who unfortunately as yet hasn't convinced me he can make the step up.
Worst display of the season, on the back of Huddersfield which at the time was the then worst performance. Worrying trend, That win and result both flattered the visitors, who were no better than average at this level. There was very little drama from the Dramas today, Eze was probably the best player we’ve seen so far this season.
Someone with a bit of nous should have clattered Eze early on. Young flamboyant player stops show boating after realising he’s in a mans game. QPR are nothing special Eze was the difference. Second penalty maybe a bit soft? We had a shout for a penalty a minute after they had their first penalty for a shove on Bowen in the box. Typically not given.
Irvine told the east stand to **** off after his choice of pass to Grosicki. It was Grosicki fault as he never came for the ball. 4-3-3 will never work with the team he keeps selecting.
