    What happened to it then? On or off? Strange if going ahead cause my mackem mate says Phil Parkinson is in pole position?? Not exactly the kind of candidate a prospective new owner would appoint to guarantee promotion. Mind he is daft and believes every bit of Sunderland news that is rumoured.

    they seem to think this dell character is buying the club as a toy , but that is not the case... I don't think dell will be too keen wasting money just to waste it. even mike Ashley s worth more than the 3 main investors. They said it was a takeover, but it's not.

    looks like this story from the sunderland echo has been taken as confirmation that sunderland will be bigger than Barcelona . it's not even official they are investing and now they are taking it al fact that they will purchase the club in instalments which may or may not be the case.
