As title above.

Simple answer - with a quick explanation.

Just getting a gauge how we’re all thinking regarding this.

On regarding what our manager said in the Sunderland echo

Either that or SD spouted some bullshit to him during parky job interview

Takeover 99% off.

Investment still very much on I reckon, but how that looks moving forward will take a while to iron out I reckon.

Well given the manager and now chief executive have left I am hoping these were the "staffing" issues and that it is most definitely on.
Davison has left? Surprising that if true, he seemed one of the few board members that you could look at his CV and say he definitely deserved his position.

On. Otherwise why is the NDA still in place?

And where are people getting the Davison info?
Post by meeowdam on rtg. Don't think anyone else has backed it up as such, just other posters willing to believe it.

In theory there might not be an NDA in place. If they've walked the club might want to stay quiet about it to avoid a backlash; everyone thinks they're being quiet because of an NDA, whilst in reality they're just frantically trying to find other investment.

Mind the comment from Parkinson sounded more positive (albeit still didn't say what investment might be coming, it still might be from someone other than the Americans).

I think people are just getting the Davison thing from the SMB. If he's gone then it's either a very good sign for the takeover/ investment, or very severe cost cutting underway!

I think the investment is still on but not a full takeover otherwise they would have made a statement by now. SD will remian in post IMO. Him leaving twitter may have been one of the conditions of he deal.

I think that leaving twitter was just a result of the outright abuse he'd been getting on it. Pure bile and hatred. He left once before because of it and it was getting worse. Don't think that there's anything else to read into it imo.
