It's a very difficult situation for Bulgaria, because it was clearly a very large group of right wing supporters, dare I call them Ultra's...I don't know. Due to the large scale number of the group, it becomes bvery difficult for the innocent Bulgarian supporters to challenge them (as we would in a football ground in this country), without occuring the wrath of violence. I suppose the answer has to be with the supply of tickets, and how you stop Ultra or right wing groups from getting them.
The problem is the Eastern European countries are racist to each other, look at when Yugoslavia broke up If there were no black English players they would racially abusing Kane etc

The partial stadium closure tonight is due to racism at a previous match against Kosovo so I agree it's very ingrained out there. Doesn't mean we should tolerate it though (not suggesting you said that)
