Saints v Birmingham (Sunday, 3pm)

I remember the last time I attended a match at St Marys, with Saints V Birmingham City. It was a January or February, and I think Bridgey was still playing for us. We were awarded a penalty, and we went on to win 2-0. I froze my bloody arse off that evening and was quite [properly] ill for about 2 months afterwards. Took me months to get back to the same level of health and fitness prior to that night. That's my memory of matches against the Brum.

I remember playing them twice in a week, we won in the cup then lost in the league, Kev Phillips scored the winner in that one. Then there was the one where we went 3-0 up after 20 minutes, BWP made it 4-2 later but Jaidi scored for them to make it nervy. And another cup game when they were two divisions above us I think, Lallana put us ahead but Bowyer got the winner in front of the Northam, 1-2. That's all I got.

 

The youth team just battered them 5-0. More of the same lads!

Good team....glad Cork's back in midfield

 

Swap Hammond for Schneiderlin and it would be alright.

 

Can't drop team captain...espescially as he's been in good form

 

Can't wait for Football Manager so i can run on my own policy

 

In a way I'm dreading that coming out.....gettin ready to lose my social life

 

Come on Saints, get an early goal...can see us in trouble if Brum score first.
