    Wrongthread

Dai, have you heard of "a joke"?

Routine win for Aus in bad conditions. I'm desperately hoping the Jap v Sco game goes ahead!

Georgia had no chance whatsoever to win that game, even if the score was close for a while. Considering the conditions, Aus did ok really.

Would be incredible for the competition and the country for Japan to go through <diva>

Not saying they could have won, but still far from routine.
Didn't see it, so possibly an unfair comment from me.

I've said for some time that it would be great from japan to get out of the group (only one host nation has failed to do so, dont you know :emoticon-0138-think). Being an honourable nation, I'm sure they would rather do it by right, rather than by a default as would most of the rugby supporting world. Its what makes it such an enthralling prospect.

I think they've got a point though. They're holding the tournament in a country which is affected by typhoons, in typhoon season and there's no contingency plan whatsoever other than the games are cancelled. There is absolutely no reason they couldn't replay a day or two later. Plus they've somewhat brought it on themselves by trying to cram in as many games as possible on the weekend. The schedule's been poorly planned.

World Rugby has confirmed that Jimmy Krankie is demanding a replay against Japan - she doesn’t like the ‘result’ ....

Best game of the WC for me, so far. Brilliant game <cheers> That's the Japan game, not the Welsh! Massive lift for the fans after the typhoon.

Typical Wales "reserves" performance but comfortable enough in the end. What a belter of a quarters line up next weekend and guess where I'll be watching it from... good old Abertawe!

You had to feel for Amos! Two forward passes, then he drops it. Apart from that I thought he played well.

I think some would regard your comments as being pretty generous.

Some would argue that the 2 forward passes arose because He (Amos) overran the ‘passing’ player.

Also, just how in Hell did he spill that ball..... <yikes>

Even the ref seems to laugh ..... <laugh>
