I actually like offal, it's a shame that modern day man does not fully appreciate these cuts, and the beast that was slaughtered. Too many people just see meat as a lump packed into plastic and banged into the supermarket chiller.
I have a good recipe for liver. You finley chop it add paprika, chili, salt and pepper, garlic and onion and fry the lot in a hot pan for about 2 mins.
Cooking one of those packs of bacon, onions, peppers, black pepper and cumin with tomatoes. Will have some pasta or rice with it.
