Johnson. The other guy is called Johnson. He's an unprincipled charlatan and he only cares about himself.
It's very difficult for anyone to form well balanced, considered opinions when constantly subjected to a barrage of propaganda.
If Corbyn was still in charge, then yeah, I'd consider voting for Labour, if that wan5er Mc'Donnell takes over, they can fook off.
Well it could be, which is mine. Most people you meet in everyday life are pretty decent, though obviously a bit selfish. But these decent people keep electing absolute ****s to run the country, and when a decent honest man wins control of the Labour Party, for various vague and unspecified reasons we end up going for the ****s.
The problem with PR, which Italy who have had over 60 Gvts since the war shows, is that you almost inevitably end up with coalition Gvts. They start with a tentative agreement which then quickly breaks down. A vote of no confidence is called and it’s off for yet another GE.
Corbyn will lose the GE heavily and then resign, but it’ll be too late, as we’ll have 5 years of Johnson as a result of his intransigence. He’s simply not popular with the majority of the electorate, Labour should be pissing all over the Tories in the polls after 9 years of chronic Govt and the ****ing Brexit debacle, and the only reason they’re not is Corbyn.
Why don't you like John McDonnell? He seems a pretty reasonable chap to me. Or are you thinking of Seamus Milne (who is a 'policy advisor')?
We need less National Govt imo, and P.R. delivers it, as you don’t end up with the massive cycle of change we can have when a party gets a large majority, passes reams of legislation, ****s it all up, then gets booted out and the other lot do the same again. Rinse and repeat. Education, health and welfare get used as politic footballs as a direct result, and change for changes sake costs bucket loads of cash.
it’s been so blindingly obvious for some while now. It makes you wonder why they don’t just ship the old bastard out. Why hang around for what’s an almost certain defeat and another few years before you can try for power again?
