There's no manager in the world that would come in and make us world beaters cos our problems run far deeper than just who the manager is or what squad he selects. We've started to make changes recently which Southgate has been a part of and he's been around the set up years well having managed the u21s. It'll take years to see any true benefit though but, I don't see any reason why we'd get rid.

True, but there’s changes he could make, imo. Gomez for Keane, Chilcott for Rose, give TAA a shot at RB too. At least that would be a more mobile defence. Oh, and anybody but Henderson and Rice in midfield!
