Since when did beef stew have meatballs in it?

    What's wrong with just chunks?

Diced beef and minced meatballs, never made a stew with just diced beef tbh. Just how I was shown to do it really

    Wouldn't work would it?

I mean the whole onion process at the begining is intricate stuff

    Don't think so

Cooking times too different for the ingredients. As has been said it would be a problem with the rice specifically

The mushroom was a mini steak in itself. Was absolutely superb.

The onion rings weren't the usual soggy ****e either. I even ate the tomato.

    Will go again!

    Home made chips? Thrice/twice fried?
I dabbled with the thought of getting a deep fat fryer for chips. Heart tells me "go on ya ****, then it dies.."
Head tells me "go on, just use it once in a while, ya won't end up a fat **** really"
    Not bought one yet.
    I'm undecided.

Cmon bro I had a spliff after the stew, pre lemon cake obviously.

But i am a food first spliff after kinda guy though, most times a spliff makes me lose my appetite for a while after.

I've got a slow cooker. It's in the ****in loft.
Problem is, I love everything I make in it, the missus and the kids ****in hate everything.
Tbh, if I'd know the missus only liked chicken breast and burnt beef I wouldn't have married her.

Hmmm... Maybe the "I love it up the arse big boy" changed my mind<laugh>
